Assessment services consist of time limited, structured, face-to-face sessions. Treatment options are suggested and recommended at the end of each assessment.

Our therapists are trained to deliver the quality therapeutic services that you need. Individual therapists use different types of treatment to ensure that you receive the type of care you prefer and the respect you deserve.
Services are provided in a safe, caring, and confidential environment. You receive encouragement to explore your feelings, beliefs, or behaviors, work through challenging or influential memories, improve your communication skills, increase understanding of yourself and others, set personal goals, and work towards all the changes you desire.
Group services allows you the opportunity to learn from others with similar life circumstances and challenges. Clinicians are trained to provide services in a group setting of approximately 5 to 15 clients. Larger groups will be facilitated by more than 1 therapist. Groups may meet from 1 to 3 hours per day, 1 to 3 days per week depending on the group and the amount of assistance group members require. Some people attend individual therapy in addition to the group, while others participate in groups only. New groups and additional groups of the same type are added based on the needs of people requesting services. All groups may not be available at all times. Groups can be provided to address the following: Mental Health, Intensive Outpatient (Addiction), Relapse Prevention, Family Recovery Group, Dialectical Behavioral Therapy, Grief and Loss, Eating Disorders, Gambling and more.
Case Management services are available to help people gain access to needed medical, social, educational and other services essential to meeting basic needs. Our Case Managers can assist with the completion of applications for rental assistance, Medicaid and Social Security. They can also refer you to agencies that can help with transportation, utility costs and employment.
Our Psychiatrist and Nurse Practitioners provide evaluations for medical services, prescription, administration and dispensing of medication for treatment of alcohol and other drugs in our medication assisted treatment programs. Medication management of anti depressants, mood stabilizers and anti-psychotic medication is offered to treat mental health problems.
Outpatient Ambulatory Detox Program
This program uses Vivitrol® and Suboxone®. Our outpatient ambulatory detox program features a unique walk-in clinic located at our Hamilton (621 S. Erie Blvd) location. You will be able to get assistance with reduction of withdrawal symptoms within a day or two of your initial appointment. Psychiatrist and Nurse Practitioners assess, prescribe and monitor people during the detox process. This program enables patients that struggle with alcohol and opioid use to safely transition to Vivitrol (naltrexone for extended-release injectable suspension) which prevents relapse to opioid dependence. Medication should be used as a complete treatment plan that includes counseling and psychosocial support.
The availability of treatment slots for Suboxone treatment is limited.
