CEO & Founder
Dr. Quinton Moss, MD
As the director and founder of Modern Psychiatry and Wellness LLC, Dr. Moss has a wealth of clinical and research experience in adult psychiatry. He has been a volunteer professor of psychiatry at the University Of Cincinnati Department Of Psychiatry and is a well-respected teacher of psychiatry and advocate of community mental health and spirituality programs.
Dr. Moss received a Bachelor of Science degree from Norfolk State University. He was awarded his Doctor of Medicine degree from Eastern Virginia Medical School in 1999. While there, he earned the distinguished honor of receiving the Holmes Gillette Award for the medical student who best epitomizes the ideals of EVMS.
He completed dual residency training in Family Medicine and Psychiatry at the University of Cincinnati in 2004 where he was a Ginsberg Scholar.
He is board certified in Psychiatry & Neurology and Family Medicine. Dr. Moss was also recently named a Top Doctor in 2014 and 2015 by Cincinnati Magazine.

Susanna Lozano, LISW-S, LICDC-CS, LCSW, LCAC
Susanna Lozano brings more than 25 years of increasingly responsible supervisory experience working in the behavioral healthcare field to her position as COO at Modern Psychiatry & Wellness. She began her professional career by working with people who had intellectual and developmental disabilities. After receiving her Master of Social Work degree she moved to Richmond, Indiana to work with people who were being released from the state hospital. The goal of the position was to integrate and help people who were dually diagnosed with chronic mental illness and substance abuse to safely remain in the community. During her career she has also worked on inpatient units with children, with the elderly in nursing home settings and with the homeless population.
Susanna received her Bachelor of Arts degree in Psychology from Indiana University and was awarded membership in Psi Chi, the National Honor Society for psychology majors. She graduated with a Master of Social Work degree in 2001, from Indiana University at South Bend and was awarded Honors of Distinction. She holds the highest level of professional license for social work and for addiction in Ohio and Indiana. Susanna has also enjoyed being an adjunct college professor at IU East in Richmond, for a period of 6 years, where she taught social work and addiction classes.
